Which private suite should I choose?
Still is designed for solo guests, Bliss for pairs, and Reverie for small groups of up to three. Our team can help you choose based on the experience you have in mind.
Is sauna access included?
Sauna access is included with suite bookings. Red light therapy is an add-on, and ice bath therapy is available in select suites. Contact Privéa to confirm current inclusions and availability.
How do I reserve a suite?
Contact us through Facebook or Instagram with your preferred suite, date, time, and guest count. A deposit is required to secure suite use; the team will explain payment and confirmation details.
Will I share my suite with other guests?
Your private suite is reserved for you and your booking party. Other spaces, such as the Nail Lounge and Retreat Room, offer different levels of privacy. Ask our team for a fully private suite or exclusive booking.
Can I personalize my experience?
Yes. Share your treatment preferences, comfort needs, and preferred playlist with the team. Requests for a preferred therapist are subject to availability.
